Summary:
Microsoft Visio includes 15 different templates for mapping business processes. In addition, there are Visio add-ins from other companies that are designed to make it easier to create more meaningful, content-rich process maps. This presentation will summarize the key advantages and disadvantages of four types of process maps – flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, BPMN diagrams, and TaskMaps – allowing you to make an informed selection for your organization.
