Topic: BA Info Management & Performance Improvement - (Long Island Location)

Join us as we walk through the Business Analysis Book of Knowledge - the BABOK v3 - and apply related techniques. Last meeting Joseph Filippone and Biren Dhulia presented an overview of the first half of chapters 3. We walked through a brainstorming exercise and had fun learning together!

Each meeting we will continue our walk through and, using a case study, apply and learn to use one technique (brain storming, mind mapping, issue tracking, etc.) . Each meeting is complete in itself so feel free to join any time.

ABSTRACT:  
Long Island Branch Vice President, Kerren WIllner and member Michael Muro will facilitate a BABOK chapter 3 overview and participants will learn one related technique, using a case study. Attendees are actively called on to contribute and, over the series will take turns facilitating the sessions.

• Know the key highlights of BABOK v3 chapter 3  
• Be able to recall key elements of one task  
• Know how to use one related technique
