In response to member interest we will be hosting a few events on Agile.The first topic is agile in practice.
The Agile Manifesto defines agile in a very specitic way - but Agile in practice is implemented in a variety of ways that work best for each unique business.
In this session we will learn textbook agile, agile in practice, and the BA's role in real world agile..

Topics will include:

• The state of Agile today (what it is, who's adopting it and how)
• Textbook Definition: Agile principles, terms and process
• Day-to-day Agile in real-life
• Common questions and challenges adopting Agile
• What does this mean for BA roles and responsibilities?

 
Presenter overview:
Presenting will be Kyle Stock and Danny Bakker of Pariveda Solutions.  Pariveda is an employee-owned company focused on hiring and developing naturally curious, driven individuals comfortable with complexity and invested in delivering results to achieve long-term success.  We solve complex technology and business problems by aligning our people development focus with the mission of our clients.
