We'll be using a case study format to work out practical application of a topic in the BABOK V3. The BABOK is the BA Book of Knowledge with principles and best practices for Business Analysts.

We're hoping this format will give us a chance to answer together:

• How might a BA handle a business scenario using what techniques and principles?
