The IIBA New York City Chapter is governed by the Board of Directors.  The Board is responsible for carrying out the purposes and objectives of the Chapter and respected members.  All Directors are members in good standing with IIBA and the Chapter.  Directors are elected by majority vote of chapter members in attendance at the Annual General Meeting.
